Dr. Sammy Stefan Noumbissi, DDS

Dr. Noumbissi makes a favorable first impression but it all goes downhill from there. He does not keep the operating room door closed while performing surgery so germs can waft in from his patient waiting area closeby. His "caring manner" is lip service only. He does not have an anesthesiologist and performs surgery under a local anesthetic so you are fully awake while he works on your mouth. If you have to undergo major surgery it will be a very unpleasant experience. His surgical touch is barbaric and you can expect your face to swell up like a balloon if you have major surgery. He did permanent damage to my jaw without remorse. His ego is highly inflated for his substandard skills. Do you own research. Form your own conclusions. I would not send my friends or family to this individual.
