Terrible customer service, I called for help and the secretary gave me attitude and HUNG UP ON ME!!! Terrible how you treat people!!! You should be ashamed!

Missed two appointments due to other health related issues. Closed my case and will not fill my medications. These medications are not supposed to be stopped abruptly. Was not warned my case was closed by the staff in hornell. Was treated rudely when trying to explain my situation. Told me to go to mental health clinic, which takes weeks to get in. This is malpractice !!! I do not recommend dr neerukonda to anyone!!!

In my opinion... Don't walk away from this psychatrist... Run. He did nothing to help me but prescribe several medications I am currently trying to withdrawal from. My average appointment lasted under five minutes, and I would watch patients go in and out as quickly as myself. He made a diagnosis after fifteen minutes of speaking to me.... And went on to prescribe four medications that led to severe dependency. No paychogical testing was done and in hindsight I realize he must get kickbacks for the certain medications he strongly recommends . Finally, his staff has to be the rudest group of medical professionals I have ever met. My mental well being was never a priority.. The amount of medication I took was. Over 100 for a five minute appointment left me feeling like an addict.

False Diagnoses, never talked longer then 10 min. with him. No tests were done and after 8 years i was never told that he diagnosed me bipolar. I asked him about the PTSD that i have and he said " PTSD / bipolar, same thing" (no its not) Given heavy drugs that I complained about and he told me to choose between drugs or mental problems. 5min in&out appts.

Way over medicates his patients!!. Uses them as experiments- often boarders on abuse. Uncaring and rude to family members. Does not listen to concerns of family, patient, or nursing staff . Arrogant and dictatorial.

Dr. N saved my life. He worked with me to facilitate my recovery. He was caring and considerate of me and my family. Loved him and Mrs. N.
