Dr. Samreen Waqar Azeem, MD

I like Dr. Azheem but unfortunately her staff is so unreliable and rude. They never return phone calls, even if You speak to someone and they tell you they will. I have had to call back multiple times and even then don’t get a resolution. I’m constantly having to call her emergency after hours phone and she usually has no idea you had been trying to reach her all day. Also they have to send you to a lab for bloodwork where you get a large bill in the mail for. The receptionist took my blood pressure the other day and it wasn’t working properly. I had to ask her to stop the cuff from expanding because it was hurting. What a complete hot mess they are.

Very hopeful. But seems not to listen to what the patient is saying. Miscommunication turns to reluctance on one's well being.

Her staff is not Courteous. Even they do not pick phones and responded back even after multiple calls. Clinic Environment is also not professional. People sitting in waiting area easily hear the conversation between doctor and patient. I have stopped visiting her.

A small one Doctor Clinic . I felt the staff could have been more professional in their manner. Could see and hear conversations with other patients. I personally would prefer a more private office.

Dr. Azeem and Elizabeth are great. There has been some staff turnover there. Those people were definitely dragging the practice down by delivering sub-par treatment such as poor nursing skills and not being able to get refills called in after several calls to the office. I know good staff is hard to find. She has a gem in Elizabeth and should hold onto her at all costs. I like Dr. Azeem and Elizabeth enough to stay though some ups and downs with other staff. Hopefully she will find some more quality staff members.

She may be very polite and soft spoken,but what i needed was a sincere dr.which she wasnt.

I came to Dr. Azeem as an older patient with a lot of complicated problems. She spent the time to understand the issues I was dealing with. She tweeked some of my medicine for diabeties as well as gave me helpful practical advice and this has help with my blood sugar spikes and issues. I feel as an older patient Dr. Azeem was ready, willing and able to work with me and my insurance. She took the time to verify all my previous medications and medical records. I feel I have found a good and trustworthy Dr. and have now been seeing her for over 2 years.

Very disappointed with my physical. It consisted of her asking a few medical history questions and listing to my heart and lungs briefly and taking bloodwork. She was very pleasant though.

I was referred to Dr. Azeem for help with my daughter. She was very thorough and listened to my teen and cares. My husband & I will also become patients of her's.

An outstanding physician whose professionalism and care for her patients is nothing short of stellar. I strongly recomend Dr. Azeem to anyone who needs a physician who truly thorough in assessing the patient's medical condition and providing the right treatment. A very special doctor and person!
