Dr. Samridhi N. Nallamshetty, MD

She was completely dismissive over the reason my doctor referred me to her. Ordered test without explanation and while I was still trying to talk to her told me, I could go check out now cause she had something else to do. I have never felt so unheard and there is no way I will trust someone with my care that seems to have absolutely no interest.

ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, THEY TELL ME THAT I ONLY HAVE A COPAYMENT OF $ 20.00 FOR IT. A FEW WEEKS LATER I GET A BILL OF 186.00. I CALLED THE BILLING OFFICE AND THEY TELL ME THAT THE RECEPTIONIST AND THE ASSISTANT MADE A MISTAKE AND IT WAS NOT 20 DOLLARS IT WAS 20% AND THAT I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL AND APART FROM THAT THE DR. SHE LEFT ME IN LIMBO, I HAD T CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SEE IF SHE CAN GIVE ANY KIND OF SO YOU CAN IMAGINE THAT I HAVE TO PAY SOMETHING AND I DO NOT EVEN HAVE AN ANSWER TO MY PROBLEM. Dr Nallamshetty's care changed my life. I am getting closer to a normal life than ever before, feeling like myself again, and becoming functional again. Not only is she extremely competent and qualified, but she spends time with her patients, listens, asks good questions, and has found treatment for me that 54 years of other doctors have not. Staff is kind and courteous. And I love that telemedicine is available. Five stars aren't enough. If you have a mast cell issue or maybe something with your allergies that just don't seem right or "normal," Dr. Nallamshetty is who you need to see. Dr. Nallamshetty gets my highest recommendation without reservation.

Dr Nallamcheti and her staff are excellent. Physician herself is very thorough, answers questions with patience. And fully explains plan of care. would highly recommend for any allergy issues. Dr. Nallamcheti’s staff is very pleasant but aside that very knowledgeable. They worked with my insurance company so I was able to receive expensive treatment I needed. If it was not for they hard work I would still be suffering with my allergy issues.

Takes time with patients.

I had just been diagnosed with asthma and 2 doctors referred me here. She told me I had idiopathic hives instead of allergies and with a steroid and antihistamine I can eat the foods I'm avoiding, contradicting every other doctor in the past 10 years and ignoring my medical files and test results. Most are confirmed IGE allergens and 4 cause hives. She also tried to refer me off to an ENT for vocal cord dysfunction with the dx of shortness of breath, so I guess she didn't believe that I had asthma either as it was never addressed. I left with a slew of referrals including one for a specialist that referred me to her in the first place.

I have literally never been to a place of business that is this incompetent. My son relies on these people to breathe properly due to his asthma, and we have had issue after issue with them. I will be finding a new doctor and reporting this office to the Medical Board!!!
