Dr. Byrd is the best doctor I've known. He cares and doesn't make you feel like he is rushing you in/out of his office. Debra was fantastic too!! However, he is no longer at Deaconess Family Practice on Oakhill. Does anyone know where he is practicing now?

I grew up with Dr. Byrd. He was the kid knew he was going to be a doctor when we were in the first grade together. He was a natural when it came to academics, highly intelligent. Not only is he well educated and knowledgable but his bedside manor is that of the old fashioned docs that cared! He cares for his patients and takes time to find out what is going on so he can treat them to the best standards of medical care. He is compassionate and genuine. I trust my own families care to him.

Growing up with Dr. Byrd, I will tell you first hand by the time he was in first grade he knew he wanted to be a doctor, and just not any kind of doct ...

I have had many doctors in my 52 years.But not one of them made me feel as safe as Dr. Byrd. He has a calm and assurance about him that lets me know he is on my side and he will do anything within his power to get me healthy again. And his nurse is just like him. I don't worry any more when it's time to go to the doctor like I use to. It's like seeing a old friend whom has always been there for you through all the hard times. Thank you doc. for all you and your staff do.

Dr. Byrd is the most caring physician I've ever met. He addresses all my problems honestly and accurately. If he is unsure of my diagnosis he is up front with me about it and quickly refers me to the needed specialist. You'll love him.
