One of the best pediatricians hands down. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Clark for about 3 years and my son has been for about 7 months now.... let me say we just love him! He is always smiling, joking, and super respectful of me and what I expect for the care of my kids! I have obviously taken my kids to the doctor several times and I feel he is always thorough, spot on, and clear about his dx and plan of action! His staff has always been kind, but I can say Scott and whites plan in place for calling in, leaving a message, and care advice is a bit much! I understand they have to have a screening process otherwise they may have some psychotic parent calling every five minutes, but it's a bit ridiculous trying to leave a message, get an appointment, or talk with a nurse! This by no means should reflect Dr. Clark because as most people know who have dealt with Scott and white this is their policy that they have implemented, however, they should potentially reconsider this as I could see how the facility could lose patience!… Every time you call they say it could take up to 72 hours for a response. I mean I get it they are busy, but that seems like a long time to get a response back in regards to a child. Either way- that is my only complaint is Scott and whites policy.... otherwise again-- we LOVE Dr. Clark, his staff, and the care he provides my sweet and precious babies! Thanks for all that you do!!!!

My children have been seeing Dr. Clark for a few years now and we all love him to death. He is excellent at what he does and hilarious as well but the main thing and the number one reason we adore him so much is because of his ability by joking and making our kids laugh feel comfortable and not afraid to of him since they know he is a doctor and that's where shots happen. We will continue to see him as long as he is practicing. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician.

I work in the medical field and have never written a bad review but other parents need to see this. I found doctor Clark because on another site he is rated with almost 5 stars and I believe there must be some friends or staff writing those. Dr. Clark is a nice man and we have been using him for my son for nearly a year and I wish so much I had found a new pediatrician sooner. If your child never gets sick and you never have any questions or you don't mind your questions being blown off or your child not being taken care of then he is great. It would take me a very long time to type out all of my examples and stories but as a medical professional and a mother I can assure you it is best to find a different pediatrician. It is also impossible to get anyone on the phone or getting any help with the offices because Scott and white uses answering services and the staff never calls back.
