I was referred to Dr cohen by my PCP with hoarseness sinus drainage I explained it and Dr cohen says oh our voice changes when we get old that’s all he said also I was referred to him for a mucus retention cyst in maxillary left sinus and a cyst on my submandibular gland previously seen on an MRI Dr cohen ask where the MRI was done I told him he showed no concern no interest what so ever and ask no questions and told me he would contact me when he took a look at my MRI and said you can leave we’re done that was the 25 of August 2025 today is September 20 2025 I have yet to hear from him or anyone in his office he did nothing but yet he had no problem at all sending and filing a $300 claim for an office visit claim on my Medicare I’ll never go back to him or anyone else I know

Arrived early for my appointment and was called back right away. Dr.Cohen assessed the situation and gave the option of surgery when is the option I was hoping for due to my ongoing throat problems. He spent about 30-45 minutes with me explaining what to expect during and after sugery and that the procedure consists of. This was my first time visiting dr. Cohen and I was referred by a friend. When I left today I had answers and I had a solution. Already have a set date for surgery as well.

I found this Dr. to be less than concerned at all or even interested in trying to help me at all! For some reason he just didn't care to show any empathy or concern and was quick to say " I have no idea , you should go see your primary dr ", he doesn't seem as though he wants to help! Once he determines things are clear in his office and that it could be another problem he doesn't waste anytime wrapping things up and moving you out while verbally referring me back to my primary or to another specialist !!!! I feel as though it was not professionally handled well at all!!
