Dr. Samuel Nelson Cooke, MD

Dr. Cooke AND Dr. Cody Smith were both gracious and good listeners - and persistent in helping me get high blood pressure under control. Rest of the staff - nurses and PA - were great, too, and the front office and check out folks were good humored and efficient. Seems I have the odd medical condition on weekends when my usual pcp is not available - and all the people at MANA Urgent Care have been there for me over a number of years. I thank Dr. Cooke and the rest of the folks there from the bottom of my heart.

The front desk employees are completely unprofessional and rude, not to mention they violated multiple patients privacy to the point where anyone in the waiting room could hear. The clinical staff was rude and asked the same questions that are on the paperwork that they make you fill out, and when this is pointed out they reply with “oh I didn’t even look at it haha”. I don’t think that’s funny. The doctor was rude and condescending. I would not go to this disgusting clinic ever again.
