Dr. Samuel Travis Detwiler, DO

He was my family's Doctor for several yrs. until he moved out of state, he would take his time and listen to you. Discuss what he thought you needed and he even would fight the insurance companies himself if you needed a certain kind of medication or procedure done. he went above and beyond to help you. I haven't had a doctor since as good as he is.

I called to make an appointment. I started out the conversation saying that I was calling for an appointment and before I could say my name I was rudely interrupted by the receptionist. She harshly remarked, "well what's your name". All I could say was, "I'm sorry" and I hung up. I was in such shock how rude she was that I didn't want to make the appointment. I have been to this office on numerous occasions and have had similar experiences with the rude staff. I love the doctor and PA but can't deal with the staff.

Of the six or eight people in this office, only one person has any clue what they are doing and it sure isn't the doctor

I went 2 see the doctor he was in the room 2 minutes made a joke laughed and left the room.He never touched me. In about 10 minutes a assistant came back with some perscriptions for meds I was allergic to and were note as such in my records. I left and am not going back because when I brought it to their attention she said this is what he said for you to take.
