Dr. Samuel Teran Figueroa, MD

Dr. Figueroa listens to what you say. He really makes you feel like he cares. It is nice to have a doctor who is interested in my health and not just medicine as a business.

I had tests done, never got test results. I went to radiogist and my patient copy of test. Called Dr. Figureoa's office. They had the I don't care attitude. Said that if I had not heard from them that everything was okay. Thats not what my test results said. I paid good money for the test to not get results in a timely manner. When I complained to the staff they got offensive and rude. The staff sucks. Does this doctor realize how his bad staff is affecting his practice in a bad way?

I like this guy. But a doctor is only a fraction of the practice. You can’t reach them by phone, even for an appointment. All the office staff is understaffed and overwhelmed. The office is a train wreck. They’ll tell you they did something, and literally lie. They don’t do what they tell you they do. And you’re the helpless patient, in the middle. I just spent an entire day driving back and forth between them and the pharmacy, correcting a prescription they messed up. That’s it for me. Done.

This physician misdiagnosed my illness. Don't take time to explain the illness and treatment. Shows he is financially in trouble which affects his concentration.

I have had my varicose veins treated with Dr Figueroa. Very good experience, staff is very helpful with explaining what to expect during treatments, and always make me feel comfortable.
