Dr. Samuel Akintola Gbenro, MD

He's a pervert. He asked me questions that was not even part of the assessment like if I have a boyfriend and if I'm sexually active. I came in for congestion and dry cough. So go figure it out. He doesn't explain well enough though he took time, probably because he was up to something. He doesn't have an approachable attitude that every patients need. The only good thing I experienced was, wait time was not that long. Probably because patients does know where to go and I was the only one at a lost. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone especially to women.

I've been seeing Dr. Gbenro for a few years now.. As a diabetic, he has been the best Dr. for me. He is caring, thorough and does not hesitate to spend the time with me I need for him to make sure my health is in check.. The office staff in both locations (Munster & Merrillville) are caring, and personable. Wait time sometimes is long, but that's because like all Drs. they are over booked. And because he will not hesitate to spend the time with you that you need him for, he often runs behind..Dr. Gbenro's thoroughness is well worth the wait.
