Dr. Samuel Harvey Gun, DO

Approximately 1.5 months ago I was referred to Dr. Gunn and scheduled for an endoscopy. I was on the table ready for the procedure and reviewing my medical history with the Dr., in particular my cardiac history. Following our conversation Dr. Gunn expressed concern about preceding and determined that the best course of action was to refer me to a cardiologist for further testing. A subsequent appointment and Cardiac Catherization revealed a 70% blockage of my Anterior Left Descending coronary artery (sometimes referred to as the Widow Maker). By Dr. Gunn taking the time to access my medical history and demonstrating the professionalism to send me to Dr. Ianitelli he very possibly saved my life. I am a former firefighter EMT who has dealt with Dr.'s on both a personal and professional level. Thank you Dr. Gunn.

My first appointment he listened and we came up with a plan. The previous doctor blew me off and said because I was 34, I was too young for a colonoscopy. Almost 2 years later same problem and I am so glad they made me an appointment with Dr. Gun. I like this Doctor.

Been seeing Dr. Gun for about 8 years for UC, short wait time both in waiting room and exam room (less than 10 min each), doctor and office staff always follow up with test results and respond quickly via phone when problems come up or medication needs monitoring.
