He attended The University of Rochester School of Medicine, where he received his medical degree in 2010 earning induction into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Horr went on to complete his internal medicine residency at Duke University in Durham, NC. He completed both a cardiovascular medicine fellowship and a two-year interventional cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. During his fellowship, he focused on treating patients with coronary artery disease and complex valvular disease, including aortic stenosis and mitral regurgitation.�
