This office is terrible. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled. They came in, numbed my mouth and left me in the room for 2 hours. They finally came back, pulled the tooth, and then told me they would call in antibiotics and pain meds. I left, and on the way home they called to tell me that because I was given 3 days worth of pain meds on the Sunday before, they would not call me any in. This was on Thursday.... so I had just gotten a tooth pulled and only 2 pain pills left from the Sunday before to make it. I was in SO much pain! I called on Friday, left a message and never got a call back. I called back on Monday, left another message, and never got a call back. When my insurance sent my EOB, I saw they over charged me. I called them, left a message. nobody called back. I called back again and got someone, who said she could only take a message. I finally had to send them a pic of my EOB, and they called me back to tell me they would refund me, but it would be next month because… they only write checks once a month. Don’t go to this office if you want good care and customer service! They left me in SO much pain and never cared to call me back!

We like Dr. Sam. He takes good care of our teeth.

This review has been updated. Please read. I went to Dr. Sam and got a new upper denture, bone graft on the bottom, and a denture for the bottom. The cost for this was $9,000.00. After 6 months I left his office last week with a lower denture that I can not wear. Yes, they were very sorry. They said they could do two implants that my denture would secure to, but it would be at least 3 months until I could wear my teeth. This was going to cost me an additional $6,500.00 dollars. I am literally sick over this. My husband and I are retired and paid the $9k out of our savings. After the bone graft. I was bruised and swollen. This 6 months has been a nightmare. I accidentally posted the picture twice. Once was bad enough. Reading your reply I'm wondering if dental offices are required to follow HIPAA rules. I had a picture of the swelling and bruising on my chin and neck. They edited my review by removing the picture. They also broke HIPAA rules on a reply to my review,… which they also removed. I have tried to add the picture back and I also requested they correct it and they have not. I still have nightmares over the visit I had. If you give a good review, you could win a grill. Nothing like bribing for a good review. I already have a grill.
