Dr Ottong took over the office when Dr. Sanderson retired some years back. Back in the days when Dr Sanderson was there, the office used to be packed. Now it's always empty like a ghost town, which has its benefits, as the wait time is minimal, but that should make anyone think twice about consulting this doctor. Dr Ottong is a pill pusher and writes prescriptions like its tic tacs without properly examining his patients. He never bothers to Actually check you physically and prescribed medications based on the symptoms you describe to him and a consultation with him is less than 5 minutes. Dr. O overcharges co-pays/insurance. If you're looking for a doctors note for work he will charge you both when you request the note AND when you pick It up. Dr Ottong offered allergy tests , which was very expensive only to 'lose' the results and it's common to come in and get checked for something and not receive your results when inquiring. Dr Ottongs wife is the receptionist, rude and very… unprofessional. The Medical Assistant he has there in the mornings (Natasha) seems mentally challenged and doesn't know how to properly interact with the patients. The only good part of the office is the medical assistant that comes in on the afternoon as she is highly efficient and professional. I would not recommend for anyone to use this doctor as it seems and feels like insurance money and copays are more important to him than the wellness and health of his patients.

Seems like Dr. not a professional. Everything they ask by verbally they don't right down down or doesn' take any notes. Next time when you visit they asked same question it's because in your 1st visit he never took any notes. For my test result i visit 2 times 3 times i called and Dr. never provides me my test result. Very unorganized.

This Doctor's approach seems to be moving the patient to diagnosis and prescription as quickly as possible. He has on one occasion failed to diagnose a life-threatening condition, and on another prescribed potentially threatening antibiotics where they were not indicated. I have never had a visit longer than 10 minutes with this doctor, including time to write prescriptions.

FOR A LONG TIME I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS AND NOT JUST MAKING MONEY. HE MAKES YOU FEEL THAT YOU CAN TALK TO HIM REGARDING YOUR ILLNESS. WOULD REFER MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO HIM.

I've been sick for several months. The office staff seemed to want to help, but were too incompetent to actually get anything done. After running tests for several months, the doctor basically gave up. He referred me to specialists who were just as incompetent and indifferent as he was. The office called me a month after a blood test to tell me something was positive. The receptionist constantly cuts you off and puts you on hold several times during a phone call. She was also unable to fax a blood report after calling for an hour to have it faxed.I was having multiple problems. I called several times to speak with the doctor. The receptionist told me to go to the emergency room and he would call me back. He never called me back at all, proving a very high degree of indifference to his patients' welfare.I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone. I feel as though my health has deteriorated more than necessary as a result of this doctor. I had to get a new doctor because this… doctor gave up on trying to help me when I had been sick for two months and was unable to eat.

Dr Ottong loves people and he knows his job
