Dr. Samuel Milton Plucker, MD

This doctor has book sense but limited general intelligence, better known as common sense. I have severe poor circulation in my legs, along with repeating episodes of gout. I also have 2 blood clotting disorders. I have visited his office with gout several times with my ankle and feet extremely swollen and my pain level through the roof. He did not listen or properly exam me and as a result, I had to visit Indian Path Medical Center with extreme gout that had turned into cellulitis and as a result I became septic. He never listens to the patient (me) or adequately diagnoses the medical condition that is so easily apparent. My bloodwork shows several abnormal results and he never discussed or observed the results to get the problems resolved. He has also failed to provide adequate refills on my important medications, like my blood thinners, resulting in me going days without the medication. He is a very negligent doctor with limited intelligence. I would not trust him to provide care in… any medical facility. His medical license should be revoked. He is the worst doctor I have ever seen.

Dr. Plucker simply does not care about his patients. His concerns are "textbook". He doesn't care that you may have a job and cannot come for a 5 minute followup every 6 weeks. FIVE minutes. That's it. No test, just "how are you feeling?" He could have done that over the phone, but NOOOOO, you have to miss work, come in, pay a deductible, tell him you feel fine. Done.

Does not rush patients. Listens.

Wouldn't take my dog to him

I had my first appointment with Dr. Plucker this week and was extremely happy with the level of care I received. I just got a new insurance company and was looking for a new primary care physician. The office staff was extremely nice and even though I was running late they made sure I got seen in an appropriate amount of time. The nurse that took me back was smart, sweet and caring while still managing to be professional. Dr. Plucker listened to everything I had to say and asked plenty of questions. He was very understanding of my concerns and at no point in time did I feel rushed for time. I am happy to say I have found my new primary care doctor!

Very arrogant.

He doesn't care about patients concerns including kids !

had no time for me as a person, with a concern about my health. he was juvenile.

I watched him call someone in the hall stupid. Not professional.

This Dr is very difficult to talk to. He speaks in circles and was very disrespectful. Will not go back to see him.
