Dr. Samuel Charles Pollina

Had tooth extraction very painful with no relief given.

Could care less about you has bad manners,he has 13 chairs and runs around between them,a couple of minutes here and there,all he is interested in is making money runs people through like cattle,

I went to New Dimensions Dentistry and to Dr. Pollina to help with a rapidly deteriorating rotting third molar. Never been to this practice nor any dentist since 2008. Pollina looked at my x-ray, whispered to someone I needed an oral surgeon, then didn't help me. He didn't come within 3 feet of me. Staff were dismissive and bullied me, especially after blood pressure check showed hypertension (despite me in severe pain). Did not help me as low vision person and disparaged me for taking a bus to their office. Very unprofessional experience. I'm sure for regular stuff like cleanings he's FINE and a wonderful dentist. But NOT for dental emergencies like mine. Completely NOT helpful. Staff referred me to a PITTSBURGH hospital, despite me not having transit. Office is set up like a dental factory. Nothing soothing or calming about the space or its staff. When I phoned for copies of my records, the staff claimed I had to come there IN PERSON, despite knowing I'm visually disabled… and that arriving at the office was extremely difficult, expensive, and time-consuming. Had to really insist they mail me the release forms, something that takes them 2 minutes to do. Most uncooperative and nasty dental practice I've ever encountered.

Best Dentist I've seen in my 50 years!!! Excellent and Professional Staff!
