I have been seeing Dr. Samuel for almost 3 years now. He is one of the most empathetic, caring physicians I have ever met. He is the only doctor who finally listened to me, took the time to investigate why I was having my symptoms and come up with a correct diagnosis and develop a treatment plan that works. Today I am about 95% pain free thanks to him and his staff. You have to be willing to work with him and his suggestions. You can not go in with a closed mind and an open mouth. This is not a practice where demanding how things are going to be done will work. If you are strictly a pain med seeker or pill abuser, go elsewhere-this is not the place for you. If you are genuine in wanting to get relief and want to get help I have seen this doctor work wonders for myself and others. There are no guarantees, but he is open, honest and will try all of the tools available at his disposal to get you as pain free as possible, including medications. With me, he has me 100% off of my… medications and my life couldn't be better.

Probably the nicest person (Dr.) I have ever been to. His bedside manner is A++ and he clearly understands the needs of his patients. I was sent to him by referal and am so glad I am under his care!!

I don't think he takes pain seriously enough. Can't prescribe opiate drugs anymore. Suggested marijuana might be a good thing. I would no longer recommend him for pain management.

I WAS TOLD I WAS BEING "RESISTED" AS DR Samuel WAS NOT GOING TO BE A "BACK UP PRESCRIPTION" WRITER. I AM A PERSON, IN PAIN, AND WAS SENT BY A VERY TRUSTWORTHY DOCTOR TO EXPLORE ALL OTHER OPTIONS POSSIBLE. I AM A PATIENT, IN PAIN, AND TAKE CARE DAILY OF MY ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBER - I AM NOT JUST A PILL TAKER.

I found him to be an excellent physician. He is courteous, kind, and helpful. Other than his promptness, which I found to be caused by the amount of patients and the fact that he has never rushed me during my appointment, I am very happy with him.

As soon as he discovered I had a past psych history, it was like he had his mind made up right away that I was not to be taken seriously despite my coming in with with letters on my conditions from my doctors. Dismissed everything I & my mom had to say, gave excuse after excuse. Humiliating experience
