First appointment included him not listen to anything i said and him watching tv, answering phone calls and ignoring me.

This man almost cost me my life by discontinuing a medication that I have been taking for 28 years. 3 seizures later I am warning everyone about this monster.

after being told to come 30 mins early for appt to fill out info. arrived at 12 noon. told office before appt that wife had limited O2 supply and was told no problem. after waiting 3.5 hours was told that it would was told could be at least another hour before being seen. told them wifes O2 getting low . they said that the doc may not be able to see her before they close and may have to rescedual for later date.this was on the first appt with him. wanted to get wife something to eat at 2 pm they said if we left that we would loose our appt. decided to leave at 4 pm and they wanted to keep the copay until I told them I was going to call police for theft of money and tha ADA. they then refunded money.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS DOCTOR!! We went to this doctor because he accepted our insurance. My child has a history of seizures and we took him in because he is very aggressive. At our appointment I took a folder of his records from his school that date and explain every incident he had. He not once took a look at it. He was on his phone and watching tv throughout the whole appointment and I felt like he was not listening. He prescribed my son 4 different medications and sent us home. For our 2 week appointment he never showed up after waiting there for over an hour and blamed it on seeing too many patients. I tried to contact him for over a week and a half about my sons medication and finally got him on the phone and he was very rude and did not want to listen. He wanted to up his dosage and said that it would make him better, I was hesitant so I decided to seek a second opinion. When I explained to the new doctor about the situation he was outraged. The medication he put my son… on actually causes seizures and was making him worse. If I kept him on it it could have caused death. When I tried to get his record from them they told me they didn't have them at the office, after a week of bugging them they started ignoring my phone calls and I had to call from different phones and they finally agreed to give me his records. This doctor is very careless and treats patients like their dollar signs. Do NOT go here or take your child here please!!!

Wonderful staff and kind people who work around your schedule and Dr. Samuel is one of if not the finest men I have ever met.

Anywhere from a three to five hour wait.

There isn't enough space to write about this unprofessional doctor and his staff. My first visit with my son was not good at all. Dr. Samuel did not make eye contact with me when I was telling him what was going on with my son. He looked out the window and also at the monitor that he has in office to see what his staff is doing instead of at me or my son. He quickly diagnosed my son without properly hearing what I was tell him. At our second visit the wait was hours long, when we finally got inside his office he asked how were the meds working. As proceeded to tell him his cell phone rings and of course he answers. Immediately he went into a rage right there in front of me and my child. He called one of his office staff and tells her to fire one of the girls that was supposed to deliver a prescription to someone in Warner Robins. As if that wasn't enough he gets up and walk out of the office yelling. I would not allow a diseased dog to see this man. He needs psychiatric help himself.

We have been going to this Dr for just over a month. We had some issues with medication and he returned our call within 5 mins, really unheard of for a Dr. I don't like the wait time to see him, and his office staff are very young and just come across as not caring.I have to question the response of some of these people that have left info and their motives behind it. The Dr is very caring, concerned and really takes the time to talk to you. I guess that is why the wait is so long. I will take the wait time! Make up your own mind, but I would have to recommend this Dr.

Great doctor-spends lots of time with his patients and is genuinely concerned about their well-being. I feel like he cares when he asks specifics on my personal life. He also follows-up to ensure you are handling new medications appropriately and your body is adjusting. I love the way he takes a personal interest in my mental health.

This person is now located in Macon, Ga.If this doctor is a real, licensed profesional, then we have big glitches in the board who approves these types of people, who are so awful!!! Words aren't enough to describe how terrible this guy was..Please, stay away from him!!!!
