Our family is extremely grateful to Dr. Singer for being apart of the medical team that helped save my special needs son’s life as he dealt with a life-threatening brain tumor. As the oncologist neurologist and leader of the medical team that worked with my son, we couldn’t be more thankful to have been guided by the expertise of Dr. Singer. As a medical professional, Dr. Singer was always available to my family (both during working hours and after) and worked with patience and understanding to help answer our many questions. He knew how to approach our family with consideration and a sense of respect. His bedside manner was impeccable - from interacting with my special needs son to the other members of our family - and he never left the room without making sure that everyone knew and understood what was going on. He was transparent about what he did and didn’t know and would always seek the advice and expertise of his colleagues and work collaboratively to help ensure that my son was… receiving the best care possible, whether it was from him or another medical professional. My family and I would, without any hesitation or doubt, recommend Dr. Singer. We genuinely believe our son/brother/nephew wouldn’t be where he is today without the guidance of Dr. Singer.

Don't fool yourself. When it comes to Soft Tissue Sarcoma (STS) there's a wide spectrum in regards to the quality of treatment that's out there. This is largely due to the relative rareness of the disease and infrequency that that the majority of clinicians are dealing with it. Dr. Singer could easily be called a "five-star General" in the war against STS. You will immediately be taken with in with the confidence, that comes with his experience. (Confidant but without arrogance and the other barriers to a productive Doctor patient relationship.) You'll quickly pinch yourself knowing that your're (finally) in the right place. Best of all, Dr. Singer is straightforward and pro-active when it comes to putting together a plan. He is noticeably aggressive with pulling together what it takes (diagnostic tests, surgery, radiation, chemotherapy and targeted therapy) to save your life. If something is not in his wheelhouse; he immediately knows who to reach out to and will personally… bring them into the fold. The only reassuring thing about being diagnosed with STS is knowing that Dr. Singer has been, with a few others, at the forefront of the clinical treatment and research in the development of new methods to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this relatively rare classification of disease. Soft Tissue Sarcoma has been Dr. Singer's professional calling. And as his patient, you will be the beneficiary of that.

Dr. Singer is one of the best surgeons in the world when it comes to Liposarcoma. Many of my doctor friends in the southeast knew of Dr. Singer and his accomplishments in the area of Liposarcoma research. I entered surgery with the full confidence that Dr. Singer would get the entire tumor and he did. He explained every step of the operation, the follow up radiation, and the prognosis. His knowledge and compassion are second to none.

Beware of Singer. I am sure he has helped some people. Not only did he perform the wrong surgery (entered on the wrong side), he became completely absent. If we wanted to spend negative energy we would take him to malpractice court, but instead we are dedicating what time is left to a compromised way of life as long as it lasts. Ethyl, his primary PA / RN, promised "to stay in contact as Dr. Singer will always be your doctor." His office has not responded or reached out since.

Things I like about Dr. Samuel Singer. He is very straightforward, positive, pro active, will be aggressive with surgery to save your life, great bedside manner, takes your concerns seriously, and devises treatment plans effectively and makes sure your on board. I truly believe in this doctor and he has changed my life for the better.

Dr. Singer and his team are the epitome of professionalism. You could not be in better hands.
