Dr. Samuel Rangatore Sirianni, MD

So grateful and thankful to have Dr Sirianni as my primary. After many years of chronic illnesses and a rotating stream of main-stream doctors, I finally found a Doctor who lives and breathes "The Hippocratic Oath." He is an extraordinary and special soul, hence the reason I titled my review, specialized care. No detail is ignored, listens attentively, his experience allows him to connect clinical presentations to evidence based labs and testing. Follow-ups, office staff, and monitoring of all his patient's well-being are excellent. I wish he would mentor new interns as they would recieve more education and wisdom in patient care than any book could possible accomplish. The present medical buisness model of 15 minutes per patient and heavily guarded insurance guidelines, make this specialized care practice unsustainable, yet this is an example that it can be done without sacrificing patient care. I have been visiting Dr. Sirianni a couple of years now and I hope he will also accept my children as patients when they get old enough. I appreciate his genuine concern and the fact that he takes his time to ask all the right questions and answer any questions that I might have. He is not a pill pusher and is more than informed about many different approaches to health issues. His staff makes the rest of the visit pleasant and painless. I will be visiting this office as long as it is opened.

I have no problem with the long wait time because I know when I do see the Dr., he will spend as much time with me. I have full confidence in this doctor.

Dr Sirianni is a very well informed about me before I get into his office. He is the only Dr I have that knows all about my entire specialists visits. I have had 3 Primaries in my 64 years and Dr Sirianni is the Best. He is very cordial also. Top of the line Primary! Thanks Dr Sirianni

I have had Dr S for a good length of time, and he is a very good doctor he cares about his patients and listens. My only difficulty is when it comes to some stuff I get sent to someone else because gone are the days when your doctor IS your doctor, so its no reflection on him. He pays attention to whats going on with me and seems to have a good personality (bedside manner?) I'm sticking with him as my doctor.
