Samuel Szumstein, MD

He is overly impressed with his self, treats you like crap and is very rude, if you want a caring doctor, go to another doctor

My husband is a patient of Dr. Szumstein, having been referred to him by another doctor who raved about him. My husband had a sleep disorder. Dr. S did tests, prescribed a treatment protocol and voila! No more sleep disorder. We both liked his demeanor and the way he interacted with us.

Dr Szumstein is great! He cares about my needs as a patient. Plus he has a good sense of humor. It is a good combination.

Dr. Szumstein saved my life this year, and has been evaluating and treating me ever since. He always listens and answers all of my questions, he always tells me what the medical research says, he always tells me the pros and cons of every medical decision I have to make, and he is very pleasant. It's always a pleasure to see him, He is an excellent doctor, the best.

Dr. Szumstein is not very interested in the patients health, he does not listen what the patient is reporting or is explaining, he is more interested how much Insurance money he can get from the patient, also his follow- ups are very poor, his attitude is very arrogant I am disgusted with this doctor

This doctor is not a partner in a patients health care, his mannerism is very poor and rude,he seems to be more interested in prescibing unnecessary medicine and procedures, which I found out later after I consulted another doctor. This doctor shows very little interest what the patient is asking/reporting. He shows very little interest in a patients health.I am glad this doctor is out of my life, it could have been my life. I do not recommend this doctor
