Went for cleaning because insurance would accept it there. Never got my teeth cleaned. Billed for things that I didn't know they said they did, and insurance wouldn't pay for. courced me to put it on care credit. Code D9910 is for pain reliever after surgery. Which only the dental assistant worked on me. then they polished NO cleaning but charged for an adult clean.

Dr Thomas is an excellent dentist who provides very affordable care in a clean and professional environment. He is a people person, very caring, compassionate and his skills as a clinician are unrivaled in Reno.

You may want to Google Samuel Thomas DDS before you go! As a part time resident I went to Western Dental for x-rays and a consult for pain in a wisdom tooth. I was never introduced to Samuel Thomas DDS and he was very curt as he was working on 3 other patients at the same time. I left with a diagnosis for eight crowns and other procedures for serious $$$$.
