Samuel John Wakser, MD

A North Canton, Ohio native, Dr. Wakser graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and recently completed an Internal Medicine Residency with Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Wakser’s clinical interests include preventive medicine and geriatric health.“When completing my medical training, I quickly realized that creating strong bonds with my patients was the most gratifying aspect of practicing medicine, which led me to pursue a career in internal medicine. I am passionate about getting to know my patients so that medical decisions can be made as a patient-doctor team, allowing each patient to receive individualized care.
