Dr. Samuil Rafailov, DO FACS

I don’t know where to begin or even how to thank Dr. Samuil Rafailov for giving me my life back. I can actually say that I love my body and love myself now after so many years of feeling insecure, hiding and not wanting to do things because of how I looked and felt. I no longer have to wear tight spanx to hold in all the rolls to make me look somewhat human. I can finally breathe again. Dr. Rafailov is the most caring and compassionate doctor that I have ever met in my life and sincerely cares. He explains every detail to you from start to finish, listens and answers all questions. He will always tell you that you do not need surgery but the time is now if you decide to do so! I never thought I would ever love myself again. I want to scream out loud of how in-love I am with my new body and no longer feel ashamed! Oh andddd, I have a belly button again…it’s so cute! Not only is he an amazing doctor but he is more like a friend. Thank you so much for everything you have done for… me, I will forever remember you and how you cared for me. I will forever refer Dr. Rafailov to my friends and family. I’m so blessed to live the rest of my years enjoying my life and not having my body image holding me back. I just found out that besides cosmetic surgery, he also performs general surgeries but his specialty is Pilonidal Surgeries. (Pilonidal disease is an inflammatory condition affecting the skin and soft tissues overlying the sacrococcyx (tailbone). It is characterized by the formation of abscesses, cysts, or sinus tracts in the fold between the buttocks overlying the tailbone also known as the sacrum). Dr. Rafailov is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, gall bladder removal and hernia surgery, he makes you feel like you are a priority. He genuinely cares about your well being and progress. He personally takes phone calls to calm your nerves and ease your pain with his advice. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. All of his staff, both in the office and in a hospital setting are top notch. He works with the best. I highly recommend Dr. Rafailov!

Dr Rafailov is amazing. He did some liposuction and a tummy tuck on me. The results are amazing and he has given me my self confidence back. I highly recommend him. I go to this Sparta office since he has Sunday hours there.
