I went to see this doctor for chronic stomach issues I had all my life and she took time to explain my symptoms and how to manage them . Would continue to see her only .

I am very disappointed because I was pleased until the insurance billing department tried to milk me for an additional co/pay for a routine colonoscopy procedure which I get every 5 years. Karen in her office said I would have to pay a copay of $195 for a problem that I have had all my life. I called my insurance company and they said I only have to pay if I had surgery and polys were removed. I only went to her office so I could get a relationship with doctors closer to where I live. I am due for this procedure every 5 years. It is sad how Doctors will try to add on unnecessary procedures, blood work, xrays to bill you and your insurance company. I did loose my patience because all Karen was concerned about collecting the $195 as if she was a collection agency and not listening to me. She said that the doctor would not change her diagnosis which I have always had. I believe in holistic doctors and nutrition and sometimes specialist believe in only providing you with drugs that… over time cause other issues. I know what I eat causes my constipation and when I do what I am suppose to do I am fine. I am seeing an Holistic health and nutritional specialist who advised me and I am fine. I am just due for procedure. I will get the procedure done and not have to pay. I felt as though I am being taken for granted and will not allow. So good bye

I didn't feel like she took much time and I felt completely passed off.
