Dr. Samuelson is a breath of fresh air as it relates to doctors. For me its difficult to find a docor whose not just knowledgeable but Kind and compassionate. She never makes you feel rushed or just a number but always made you feel like she cared about you as a person because she truly does care. I was so impressed by her that I followed her to Dobbs Ferry from the Bronx . When you are fortunate enough to find a Primary care doctor like Dr. Sana Samuelson you take the hour drive. A doctor like Dr. Samuelson is hard to find.

Dr. Samuelson, is very attentive to her patients. I can visit her for one medical reason, and discuss another medical issue, boom,, she hands me a referral based upon my concerns and hers. I am not trading her at all. She write back within 24hrs on Mychart, calls within four hours. My last PCP wouldn't even examine me, just prescribed meds and write return to work notes as needed. P.S. Do not grade a provider based upon how a general office is ran. It is not a private practice, and somethings maybe out of their control. Ms. Patterson has spoken!!

They have the WORST customer care! You sit on hold for MORE than 20 minutes.. you call back and the lady who answers doesn't even ASK if you would mind holding for the 30th time you've called and sat on hold for 20+ minutes!

The worst dr. I have EVER had. She doesnt listen and she talks way too much about things that are not related to my visit. Had to tell her once that she talks too much. Not very focused for an MD. Well, starting next yr, hopefully January, I will have a new MD.
