Dr. Keshmukh in general is not very helpful. What is missing is her willingness to help. She cares more about finances than helping a patient. As I was on the phone with her, knowing that the system was down for the video visit (verified by Cedars later that the system was down for video) she refused to order my medication or tests. She spent about 15 minutes telling me she could not help if there is no video and to get another appointment, after I had waited months for this appointment. Very unfortunate when a doctor is more money motivated than trying to help a patient.

Dr. Deshmukh was so caring and concerned. She listen to the issues I had with my previous provider and offered great suggestions to make my life easier and medical care more productive.
