all i needed was a doctors note for my ongoing medical condition. dr. sanas agreed i need an additional 20 on top of my scheduled breaks & lunch but once Human Resouces contacted her assistant they overid the doctors orders told my work i dont need additional time. it took me about a week to finally get ahold of her & when i did she refused to conesnt to the note she origianly wrote and agreed to. She said she misunderstood my situation, probably because she was so rushed & walked out withing 5 minutes & came back with the note so she didnt listen & broke her promise to me. The staff at Metro Family Physicians is also unprofessional all the way up the office manager who when after hearing my situation told me "my god by the way you are you should be on disability" how rude!!!! i never even said one cross word to her i simply wanted a refund.WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE 25$ TO TELL REMIND ME I HAVE A LUNCH A BREAK AT WORK???
