It has been a year since Dr Harirchian did my nose job. My nose looks worse than before surgery. She left me with 3 notches on my nostrils. (Other doctors have told me notches are VERY difficult to correct.) My nostrils are 2 different sizes, my alar creases are caved-in, and my columella lines up under my right nostril. It seems to me the errors she made would be considered "rookie mistakes," and she made a lot of them. I didn't give enough credit to the negative reviews about Dr. Harirchian, and now I'm writing one. The pictures on Dr. Harirchian's website and instagram look great, but she didn't add my pictures to her photo gallery of "Happy Patients." I don't know why the bad results surprised me since Dr. Harirchian didn't discuss a surgical plan with me or examine my nose before surgery. I regret walking into Dr. Harirchian's office.

Dr. Harirchian is very likable. However, I had rhinoplasty surgery by her in February and I am very disappointed. My nostrils are uneven. My columella is notched, retracted & slanted. She changed the dome of my nose which I did not want! I need to wait 8 more months to get revision rhinoplasty which costs more than primary rhinoplasty.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr Harirchian 6 years ago. I love my nose and do not trust anyone else with my face. I continue to see Dr H for non surgical treatments and only trust her! Go see her. You will not be disappointed!

Love, love love my new nose. The result looks even better than the photographs we discussed during our consultation. Run, do not walk to see Dr Sanaz. She is truly an artist and loves what she does.

Staff is awesome. Dr. Sanaz is the superb in her craft and gives the best suitable and subtle results for your operation. Results look natural (to others) yet dramatically defined to oneself. Best plastic surgery is where it looks like you have no surgery!:) Definitely recommended doctor.

Dr. Harirchian did a wonderful job!! I was hesitant in choosing the perfect surgeon because I am a teen and also an ethnic patient, but I got the most perfect nose!! My results are so natural, yet beautiful. I would recommend Dr. Harirchian to anyone!!
