Dr. Sanaz Parsi, DDS

I went to her dental office in Los Angeles called Angeleno Smile. She has an office manager named Nina that is a nightmare. She overcharged me and then continually said she would do something about it, but never did. At the end of my treatment my teeth still were not straight even though I followed all the rules. The dentist said she would make new impressions and aligners to finish the process. but Nina would not allow me to see the dentist without signing a form saying that I would never ask for the price correction again. Very unethical business practice, but ultimately Dr. Parsi is responsible for the office personnel she hires. I spent a lot of money for nothing because my teeth are still not straight, and I had to endure being harassed by Nina at every visit.

Angeleno smile really is as good as it gets for me. I've seen my fair share of dentists growing up--for routine checkups, cleanings, and fillings--and not many measure up. They were very well recommended by my aunt whose positive experience here led me to check them out while I was browsing around for Invisalign. Dr. Parsi saw me on my first visit and was extremely helpful in guiding me towards my decision to get the Invisalign. She explained the whole process and also let me consider other options. I did not feel pressured to make a decision at that very moment, which I appreciated very much from them. When I finally decided to begin the Invisalign, they worked with me on figuring out payment options. In general, their employees are attentive and detail oriented. One time the impression of my teeth was not correct, and they patiently went back to take the impression again. I've had my cleanings done there as well as few fillings, all procedures were painless and I was… watching my favorite show on Netflix while they were working on me, I am so happy I finally found the dental office that I can trust. Highly recommended.

The Worst visit that I have ever had!! I guess she used to care a lot in her practice but for whatever reason she really doesn't care anymore...horrible attitude
