This is unacceptable! My husband was in the ER numerous times for what he thought was a heart attack. He has had numerous incidents since the original one, which sent him to this doctor. He wears a heart monitor for a week, and here we are 3 months later after numerous calls & requests for results, and still waiting………… This is our healthcare system today. Why pay tons of money on insurance for little, inadequate, or no care.

I have had just one visit with Dr. Arora and I am very positively impressed. He was easy to talk with, thorough, and well informed. It was obvious he had read my records submitted by my referring PCP and had all of that clearly in mind during this visit. I realize that one visit gives only a superficial impression although I am very confident in the man based on what I have seen so far. I looked at online reviews and was astounded by one negative review where the former patient claimed that Dr. Arora was hard to understand. I cannot understand why anyone would say that. It is true that he is from India and speaks with a very slight accent. I have some hearing loss which sometimes gives me some difficulty in conversation with a person with a foreign accent, and I had been a bit concerned about that prior to the appointment, due to my own limitation. Dr. Arora was extremely clear both in terms of diction and in terms of his ability to explain complex medical issues in a… manner that I could understand. I also learned that in the process of coming to the USA he needed repeat almost all if not all of his experiential and supervised practice training. This gives this him almost double the education, supervised practice (residencies, etc.) of Native doctors. I simply do not understand this or any criticism that claims communication difficulties. It just is not true.

Please avoid this doctor. Not knowledgable nor able to communicate well with patients.
