Dr. Sandeep Gururaj Sirsi, MD

I would give a zero if the site allowed. On 12/22/2025 I had surgery with Sirsi to remove a lymph node in the left groin area. 3 test were done prior to my surgery so Sirsi certainly should have known were the node was. Apparently he did not take the time to review these test !! Not only did Sirsi fail to find and remove the lymph node, he recklessly removed other tissue & blood vessels without identifying what it was. I ended up with a partial vasectomy and a dead left testicle as a result of Sirsi's negligence. Drs in the Albany area that I have shared my OP notes and pathology report with all agree this was gross negligence by Sirsi. I have filed complaints with Wilson Hospital as well as the NYSDOH.

Wonderful surgeon! Great bedside manners, had a smooth surgery, and post-surgery no infections or other issues. Highly recommend.

I've just described all that is Dr. Sandeep Sirsi. When I first met Dr. Sirsi, I couldn't see him. I was under the knife and he was the superhero who time and time again saved my life. Blessed to the touch, this caring pillar of the community has answered my every question and dissolved all of my fears. It seemed like gone were the days where you could trust doctors but through comforting conversations, Dr. Sirsi has had the patience to gain my trust and walk me through a surgical emergency. Healing proves how magical a body can be and with my faith in the blessed hands of Dr. Sirsi I see a full speedy recovery. I cannot thank him enough. Words cannot express my gratitude and heartfelt… appreciation for this man. He's the only superhero without a comic book. There are many patients across the world and specifically in the tri-state area who may feel uneasy with their lives in the hands of someone no matter the profession. A really great doctor, my mother was really sick & could barely walk, he knew exactly what to do & took amazingly good care of her. Now she's all better after a week since seeing him last. Thumbs up !
