Caring , compassionate and knowledgeable ; I figured that if she has other doctors and nurses as patients- she has their trust.

After my visit they said that they will call me within 2 weeks for the diagnosis report .But untill 2 months i did not get any call back from them and finally I had to call them for my report.They told me everything about my report on phone.when I requested for paper report she said that we don't mail that,you have to pick it up from office.When I told her that my husband did get it by mail,can I get it too as It's tough for me to pick it up from office.She said that she needs to ask doctor for that and then call me back if she agrees for it.But I did not get any call till now and no report via mail.I am very dissatisfied with their service and diagnosis.
