If I could I would give him a zero just because of his office staff. For two weeks I have been calling to get an appt for my father in law. They keep on telling me will call you back they never did. Today was my 4th call and a lady name Vidi picked up, I told her the whole story and told her it is not okay for me to keep calling back and not get a call in return. She got annoyed with me and said don’t show me an attitude and it just shows how ugly you are. I got really annoyed at that remark and told her she has no right to talk to me like that and then she hung up on me. I called again to talk to some one else Genal picked up the phone she was the last person I talked with who was supposed to call me but never did. I asked her why she didn’t call back and she again hung up on me. After that they are not picking up my phone. My father in law was referred to Dr Desai by his PCP. Don’t go to this office extremely rude staff.

Nice doc. Office staff very incompetent. Extremely bad experience. Didn't get my meds called in for 4 days. Messed up days for medical procedure and didn't call. I am a professional and none of this was handled professionally. I will find another doc.

I would switch pulmonologist even if I moved. Dr Desai is very knowledgeable and his bedside care is phenomenal. He's very patience and listens. #1 Pulmonologist in Sugarland!

I had chronic cough problem for 8 years. Dr Desai diagnosed the cause and treated me. My cough was gone. He spends time with tatient and his staff is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Sandip Desai ensures that his patient's are most important. His compentance, comfort, and bedside manner are most incredible and certainly appreciated. Each visit he takes time to ensure that we understand the processes and what is to be expected. When necessary, he communicates with participating physicians or stall involved in determining the best methods pertaining to the patient's health condition.

Excellent Doctor!! Goes above the call of duty and puts his patients and their families at ease.You won't find a better Doctor in the Houston area.

Dr.Desai is an excellent physician. He took care of my mother in hospital before two other pulmonologist gave up on her. Today my mom is alive and well because of him. Very kind, great knowledge, always takes time to explain and good bedside manner.

I paid (w/out) insurance and after I saw this doctor I felt as if my money was flushed down the drain. ZERO HELP..did not seem to know what I was saying let alone his own advise was up in the air. He didn't seem to "know know" about asthma..looked confused..and very rush rush visit. I can't stand doctors who rush you when you are paying them for their time and care. overall terrible experience..better luck somewhere else!
