Dr Kapur is the embodiment of professionalism , with an amazing “bedside manner “. He delivers information in an honest and direct manner, with calmness and compassion . His calmness contributed to my feeling much more relaxed about any upcoming surgery. I trust him completely.

Dr. Kapur performed my double nephrectomy and kidney transplant in one surgery. Dr. Kapur is the best. He is a very compassionate and understanding doctor. He explained everything to me in detail prior to surgery. He performed the surgery, and my recovery has gone well. It will take some time for everything to stabilize, as was explained to me. It's only been three weeks. But overall I am doing very well. Dr. Kapur and his staff have been fantastic. The support from him and his staff that I've received and continue to receive is excellent. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. Kapur and also thank you to your staff. I am so grateful to have you as my surgeon.

I met with Dr Sandip Kapur two days ago . He gave me hope and while I’m a bit scared of my situation he made me feel more confident about what to expect and less edgy . He gave me hope .

Our initial visit with Dr Kapur was 1/16/24. We felt in great experienced hands. Dr Kapur had great knowledge of my husband's complicated medical history based on his review of existing medical records in relation to a possible kidney transplant. Dr Kapur was thorough, knowledgeable, patient and personable throughout the entire extended visit. We have great confidence in him.

I lost my first kidney after 28 years and was scared about going through the process again. From the first time I met Dr. Kapur I was confident that I was in good hands. Dr. Kapur is a very professional, compassionate and experienced transplant surgeon. Dr. Kapur's entire transplant team including the PA's, transplant doctors and support staff are all kind and caring people that are ready to listen to the patient's needs and explain everything. I received my second transplant 3 months ago and will continue my treatment at New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Hospital.

This will be the last time that my family and I will meet W/Dr. Sandip Kapur, prior to my transplant- each time we speak to Dr. Kapur we are more confident then the last time that we certainly made the right decision.
