Terrible treatment by Sandra Barrow's office staff and impossibility with scheduling new patients with immediate needs (Stage 4 cancer and Stage 3 CKD). Arbitrarily refuses new patients care if they need to request schedule accommodation of concurrent cancer and palliative care treatments. See other patient reviews with similar issues.

If it were possible to give a negative score I would. I contacted Nephrology Associates having been a patient 3 years ago. My kidney function has dropped from 60+ to 39% in just a few weeks so my primary felt it urgent to see them. First they refused to setup an appointment because they said I had not been in 3 years which meant I was in their minds, a new patient. Then when I did get the referral, they said, they needed 3 to 4 business days to review. All the while my kidney function is still declining. If you truly want to specialist that cares, the please find someone else. They will only waste your time!!!!!
