Best MD I have seen in my adult life.

The most incredible and caring Doctor that I'd ever seen. On 2 different occasions if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be here today. She was also my wife's Doctor who feels the same as I do. She always took the time to go over everything with us and couldn't of done a better job. I'm now a 7 year Cancer survivor and can't thank her enough. When she relocated not only did we loose our Doctor we also lost a friend. She touched so may hearts. You can't always please everyone but then she means so much to so many people. Thanks for everything "DR B".

Horrible experience when she practiced in Illinois. Sure she was nice but didn't read past notes from other physicians carefully. She didn't listen as was highly judgmental and biased. I could've walked in blind in both eyes and she would blame it on anxiety. I was having serious complaints. I finally wised up and had to fire her to get some answers. So glad I did! The physicians i had afterwards listened and were able to recognize everything she failed to look at. Including the quack nuerologist she sent me too who is a friend of hers. After proper testing, referrals to specialists out of state, i found out that What I have is extremely rare and progressive. Point is, she failed to listen and dint take any of my complaints seriously. She put derrogatory remarks in my medical file about what I wore and other things completely irrelevant to my reason to visit her in the first place. She obviously did not take the oath she took seriously when I saw her. I hope she changed her ways after… her move but doubtful. In Morton, Illinois she was terrible and I wouldn't have sent my worst enemy to her. Shame on her for not listening and being judgmental. The irrelevant statements she made in my medical record are proof. My case was far from text book and was finally diagnosed with a rare progressive and untreatable motor neuron disease and she had the nerve to put munchausen? Or hypochondriac? Question marked in my file because she couldn't figure it out yet and either did her inexperienced neurologist friend that said it was nothing! They should be ashamed!!! Hopefully she changed her ways

Dr. Benckendorf really cares about her patients, she spends time with me to understand my problem and concerns, and explains my diagnosis and treatment. She diagnosed a problem others missed.

Dr.Benckendorf cared for our family for twenty years. I would recomend her to anyone. We think she is the best.

One of the most lousy but nicest Docs I have seen. If you have serious problems or condition, go somewhere else

I just learned today that Dr B is moving away and I am really sad. She has been my doctor for over twenty years and it is like loosing a friend. I wish her well and I hope she knows how VERY much she will be missed
