Dr. Sandra Caroline Castro, MD

Brought in my youngest (toddler) for day 12 of neon-colored snot, lack of sleep, fussiness, lack of appetite, refusing of milk, and day 4 of no naps and horrible sleep at night - I assumed a sinus infection. Was greeted by the most gentle, kind, wonderful doctor who knows exactly how to interact with babies. Unfortunately, she then proceeded to tell me what was wrong was that I just need to let my baby scream his head off at night...thanks...so, can we talk about the MEDICAL thing I came in for and skip the parenting advice on the unrelated subject. Came back to office and had somebody else a few days later - yep, it's a sinus infection - he is on a script now. I don't like scripts - but a sick kid needs support - and parents don't need personal parenting advice. Stick to medical stuff.
