Dr. Sandra Denis, MD

I must say that some reviews were very negative.... not this one! My child has been with Dr. Denis for many, many years....since her private practice closed, he has seen other psychiatrists, and not one of them has the patience, thoroughness, and caring vibe that I have received from her! We followed her from each location since he began with her....almost 10 years of seeing her and I would love if she were back in practice! I know that she had a big heart and cared for the outcome of my child's diagnosis.

I have seen Dr Denis about 4 or 5 times. I have no doubt she knows what she is doing. However, I waited over 30 minutes to be seen on several occasions, with no apology or acknowledgement from her regarding this. It seemed as if my time didn't matter to her. My appointments seemed rushed. Also, I know for a fact she wrote down just the opposite of what I told her on a previous visit. I know this because it was an objective question and she said she had it one way in her notes and I know I answered just the opposite. In my opinion, she is much too hurried and and sloppy.
