I have seen a number of therapists over the years, and Sandy is by far the best and the most helpful to me. Her approach is very effective. I feel so fortunate to have found her.

As other reviews indicate, Sandy isn't very helpful. My experience with Sandy was weird, she asked endless questions. No real conversation, just question after question. Session after session. Sandy didn't seem able to actually work with me; she just kind of did her own thing. I gave up

Sandy couldn't remember what I had told her, from one week to the next. Sandy was somewhat rude and abrupt; she didn't offer any real help.
