Prior to an upcoming appointment, I asked if Dr. Elder would be willing to don a face shield or double mask as my procedure required me to remove my mask. Unlike other more cautious healthcare providers I have seen, she has worn only a cloth mask during COVID. She refused my reasonable request. I've been a patient of Dr. Elder for over 15 years, but will no longer return to her practice as she has little regard for her patients - also evidenced by the absurd wait times at her office.

This was my first visit to Dr. Elder and I was very impressed. She did an exam and spent the time that was needed and seemed very concerned about my health. She did a couple of procedures and explained them thoroughly as she went along. I had seen other reviews of long waits, but I did not experience that today. Couldn't be happier.

I have been to other cosmetic dermatology doctors but none are as skilled and professional as Dr. Elder. Dr. Elder and her staff are the very best!

Dr. Elder went above and beyond to assist us with our son's condition. She was very accessible and showed genuine care and compassion. My wife and I greatly appreciate her help and would highly recommend DR. Elder to all of our friends and family. Thank you!

Very professional, clean office. The wait time was about what you would expect for a speciality office, about an 1/2 hour. Worth the wait. Dr. Elder was very reassuring in her matter and made me want to return for future visits

Just a few thoughts about my visit. The staff was extremely courteous and made my experience a good one. Dr Elder took her time and addressed all my concerns. Wait time was about an half hour. I would recommend this office.

Went to several doctors for the same problem and she was the only one who diagnosed me correctly. She also found a PRE cancer spot and treated that as well and took care of it at the same visit. Staff was professional as well. Only complaint was the wait time. A little long but worth it.
