Dr. Sandra Golamco, MD, is a board-certified physician specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, as well as Pain Medicine, at Comprehensive Pain & Neurology Center. With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Golamco has dedicated her career to helping patients recover from a variety of conditions, including stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, and both acute and chronic pain. She earned her medical degree in the Philippines and completed her internship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. Dr. Golamco served as chief resident in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, further honing her expertise.

Dr. Golamco has extensive training in interventional pain procedures and has worked at several pain management clinics across Tennessee. She is passionate about her role as a physiatrist and pain …physician, finding fulfillment in helping patients achieve their best possible recovery through a combination of procedures, therapy, medications, and counseling.
