Safed my life twice. She listens and is patient. Best Dr I have had. very respectful and her staff also. Very caring with a big heart. Great Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Grummert since 2011 and by far she is not only the best doctor in town, she is the best doctor I have EVER known. She is dedicated to patient care for all of her patients. As a Hospice director, Dr. Grummert cared for my mother during her final stages of cancer and not only did she care for her medically, she (And the entire team at Alamogordo Homecare and Hospice) cared for my mom emotionally and mentally. Dr.G also cared for us, the family, during a very physically and emotionally trying ordeal. The world needs more Doctors like Dr. Sandra Grummert.

My mother was a 64yr old patient of this office. She was initially seen by the PA who sadly left the practice in Nov 2013. Even though the PA was attentive and tried her best one person can not make an office function well, it takes a team. This office has repeatedly not called in prescriptions for my mother, they have called in medicines they have documented in her files that shes allergic to, they have called in prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, NOT the one she has on file. They would not fax required documentation to home health at one point when it was ordered but rather required me to come into their office personally to deliver orders. There have been SCHEDULED appointments where my mother had to wait in the lobby for over an hour just to get back into the Dr's office. The office is to the point now that it takes over 6 weeks for an established patient who has Congestive heart failure to get an appointment to see the Dr. This office is understaffed with incompetent… people people all the way around.
