Dr. Sandra Mae Kwan, MD

Dr. Sandra Kwan is a family medicine and emergency medicine physician with over three decades of medical experience. She earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Missouri Health System. With 32 years in practice, Dr. Kwan brings extensive expertise to both primary care and acute emergency situations. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Dr. Kwan practices at Madigan Army Medical Center and the Okubo Soldier Centered Medical Home in Tacoma, Washington and Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington. Her dual specialization allows her to provide comprehensive family care while also treating urgent medical conditions. She serves the military community and their families through her hospital affiliations with Madigan Army Medical Center.
