Dr. Sandra E Lemming, MD

Dr. Lemming saved my life by diagnosing bipolar disorder that was destroying my life. She always takes the time to listen and respect what I have to say and in doing so just happened to notice symptoms that no one else had ever noticed (she was seeing me for another problem at the time). Every other doctor I've seen has been either in too big of a hurry or too arrogant (or both) to listen and notice my pain. I cannot thank her enough.

Dr. Lemming is a wonderful knowledgeable doctor. Often times the wait is a longer than usual,but when she comes in to see me, she takes her time. Explains options very well, and even discovered a heart problem on a routine exam. ( i went in for a flu shot!) She suggested a cardiologist, I said no, I’m not ready for that yet. She spent extra time letting me know I could be in trouble very quickly even though I had no symptoms. It ended up she helped me prevent a stroke and now I’m on the way to better heart health. I soundly recommend this doctor. I always enjoy my time with her.

We were extremely disappointed in Dr Sandi. Lemming’s/Villages Family Practice's abrupt, callous "care"; long waiting room times; failure to return phone calls; & extreme "stack-'em-&-pack-'em" money-focus.

Dr. lemming takes time to talk and discuss your health concerns. She does not rush things and is genuinely concerned about your well being. If she is running late, your time with her is not compromised. She listens and spends the time with you and doesn't short cut the visit to make up time in her schedule.

I have been seeing Dr. Lemming for years. She is down to earth and spends the necessary time with me. Her bedside manner is exceptional and I am so confident that I get excellent health care. She takes the time to know me personally, explain everything to me and makes herself available to me when I am on the road, which is every week. Can't say enough about Dr. Lemming. I adore and trust her more than any other doctor I've ever been to. No worries if you have to wait a bit to see her. She will spend the time with you that you need too.

Dr. Lemming is the first doctor who has actually helped me. She really listened to my problem, answered all my questions, and had a discussion with me about my options so I could choose how we move forward. She seems to care about her patients and genuinely want the best for them. She had a very logical way of dealing with my problem and put much more thought into it than "take this pill for the rest of your life," which is all I've been told in the past. She's the best doctor I've ever been to. The office is clean and welcoming, and the staff is helpful and courteous--which I really appreciate. I gave 4 stars on ease of appointment only because I was scheduled for the wrong office, and ended up being late for my appointment by the time I got to the other location. I didn't realize that the number listed for each office is the same. So be sure and specify which office you are trying to go to. Everything else was great!! Even with my late arrival, they worked me in efficiently… and Dr. Lemming spent as much time with me as we needed to discuss everything. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I have been seeing Dr. Lemming for many years and could not be happier. She is the best. Smart, caring and kind and always gives me the time I need. Answers messages. Just can't say enough good things about Dr. Lemming. She rocks!

Dr. Lemming is just simply the best! No rushing the paitents, she takes her time and shows great compassion.

Dr. Lemming spends as much time as necessary with you and doesn't make you feel rushed. She also doesn't require unnecessary extra appointments solely to renew scrips. They have a fairly new patient portal which is a great way to communicate and questions are answered promptly. She also calls you to discuss test results. Only complaint is sometimes a long wait but I think that is the norm in health care these days.

I have not seen many doctors in my lifetime but Dr. Lemming was by far the best experience I have had with one. She was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns (and phobias) without judging and was very quick to order and set up necessary tests and follow through (the same day) with me on the results. I was very impressed with the level of individual attention from this doctor especially considering that she has many other patients.
