Dr. Sandra Eluhu Luyindula, MD

Dr. Luyindula spent my entire office visit looking at her laptop and not once looked up at me while I was talking. She never said hello or anything when she came into the room, she just came into the room sat down and got on her laptop. I felt like I was just talking to the wall the whole office visit, because Dr. Luyindula showed me absolutely no attention. I tried to show her a severe injury spot on my chest that happen to me a few days before the office visit but she very rudely told me not to show it to her. She actual told me that she didn't want to even look at it. She then acted like she was personally offended that I asked her to look at my severe chest injury, and she acted like it was so beneath her to have to examine somebody. I never seen such a unprofessional doctor in my life. Her office visit notes she typed up after the visit where extremely wrong and full of many errors. She does not need to be practicing medicine, if she thinks it beneath her to have to examine her… patients body. She greatly misdiagnosed my injuries, and I'm still suffering from them today because of her misdiagnosis. I don't know how or where she got a license to practice medicine. Do yourself and you your loved ones a favor and find another doctor who can truly help you. I would trust a complete stranger on the street medical advice, before I would ever listen to anything Dr. Luyindula had to say medically.

Arrogant and entitled. Excessive wait time for inadequate medical care.

Would not recommend. Had a hard time understanding her due to language barrier. Very strong accent. Very arrogant with a fake personality and she do not have confidence with what she is doing.

Worst doctor, fake personality, fake smile, she doesn’t know what she is doing

Worst doctor, gave my dad the wrong diagnosis and medication, the lung doctor call her to have an explanation but she snapped on him.. very rude and unprofessional

I have lived at Southern Oaks for 16 months and Dr. Lyuindula comes to our place each Wednesday afternoon. She is loving, caring, and gracious. Although I am in good health, I need a specialist occasionally. I know I can count on her to give me the best recommendations. She is the epitome of a highly trained physician and I look forward to seeing her around on Wednesdays even when I need no assistance. Janie Ferrell
