She’s always attentive.She goes out of her way to call me back. She’s always on top of things.

First impressions are everything. I've been seeing Dr. Madrid for the past 3 year off and on. She's not empathetic and is slightly condescending. I have been unimpressed by her demeanor and ways every time I have see her. I have a rare condition and have been battling it for several years; I went to see her to get a referral to a different specialist and she was almost mocking me for requesting a specialist for what "I thought I had". In addition, I had my decently behaved 2 and 3 year olds with me and she makes a rude comment about them. Definitely will not be coming back. For all the money that we may towards medical services, the least we can do is get good care from doctors.

One of the worst doctors very rude to her employees and always cuts me off when im telling her my problems. Wait time is excellent but she only sees me for 5 mins or less.

I only went to her a few times in 1993 when i was working temporarily in Los Angeles. I have never forgotten how good/kind she was and how much she helped me with my health issues at the time.

Dr Sandra Madrid is the BEST. She is caring, intelligent and listens to her patients. She returns calls in a VERY timely manner and always calls personally to report test results to the patient. The Greatest doctor ever!

It is inconvenient that they don't draw blood in the office. It costs me a lot of time. Apart from that Dr. Madrid is a good doctor. I trust her analysis. She has a lot of experience.

The good thing is you don't have to wait at all to be seen specially if youre one of the first patients in the morning and "some" of the staff is very friendly! Other than that i didn't have a pleasant experience with this dr in my 2 visits i had. My first visit was a physical and guess what? she mis diagnosed me! I have an illness which cannot be cured but treated and she didn't tell me, better yet she sent my results as normal to all the tests i did including that one! i didn't know until i went to another dr and when i called her she didn't apologize all she said was oops i overlooked the results! How can this happen to someone that only has about 50 patients! My second visit was complaining about this pain in my arm and she just referred me out, she didn't even listen to what i had to say!
