I have been in the mental health field for the past 11 years. As a social worker I was drawn to this field because I love to help people heal and make positive changes in their lives. I am very passionate about helping teens and adults who may struggle with depression, anxiety or trauma through a collaborative approach to therapy. I believe in individualizing therapy to meet your unique needs. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or CBT for short. This just means that I help teach people how their beliefs about themselves, others, and their environment influence their thoughts, feelings and actions. I believe that mental health recovery is a journey. I am here to help you develop tools to overcome your struggles, reach your goals and decide on your ultimate destination. Let's get started!
