Dr. Sandra Lynn Morgan, MD

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this OB/GYN. She was cold, dismissive, and repeatedly failed to listen to my concerns, even after I explained them multiple times. Her lack of knowledge deeply concerned me as well and not only did she lack critical medical knowledge, she was completely unwilling to adapt. I remained patient and respectful throughout the appointment, but I did not receive the same in return. I left feeling unheard, minimized and traumatized. Not only that, the prescriptions she advised during the appointment that I’d received, never came and the appointment prior to her (with another doctor because at this office, you will almost never be able to see the same doctor twice, those prescriptions also never came, even after calling multiple times - this was over a month paying for this offices services and NEVER receiving the service, which some could call theft). Back to Dr. Morgan….. although she maintained a large smile during the visit, it felt forced and… inauthentic, and did not align with the dismissive tone of the interaction. The dynamic felt hierarchical rather than collaborative, with little empathy or willingness to engage. What I also find concerning is the contrast between platforms. While her Google reviews appear uniformly glowing, reviews on other medical websites describe experiences very similar to mine — patients stating that she is cold, rude, or dismissive. As a patient, this discrepancy makes it difficult to trust what is being presented. As a paying patient, I expected professionalism, attentiveness, and basic respect. In a field where women are frequently dismissed, experiencing this kind of treatment, especially from another woman, was unacceptable. I would not recommend this provider to anyone who wants to feel heard or taken seriously.

Dr.Morgan is the sweetest and most compassionate doctor I have ever met in my life. She really cares about her patients and wants to help them in anyway she can. I would'nt want any other doctor as my OBGYN but her!!!

Was an add-on appointment for surgery set up 12 hours previously. I had several possibilities with my obstetrics group. Although all of the Drs I have had at the group have been superior I felt lucky to have had her. Dr Morgan has a gentle presence inside and outside the surgical room and with this exudes confidence. She made sure all of my questions and my husband’s were answered. Her bedside manner puts you at ease immediately. If I HAD to have surgery again and had the time to set it up I would hold out for Dr Morgan.

I have been a patient of Dr. Morgan's for about ten years now. Early on, I was experiencing depressing due to a job loss. She let me cry it out and put me on medication to help with this difficult time in my life. I have always found her to be honest and willing to take the time to explain things that I may have questions about. I look forward to our annual visit and even though she has many patients, she takes time to give me her full attention during my appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Morgan.

Extremely rude and unprofessional made me feel like I was wasting her time

Dr. MORGAN is the best doctor. She is gentle, loving, and she really cares about her patients. I also know she is smart, honest, and detailed. She knows her field and works well under pressure.
